TCSI offers to its customers a full package of services covering their requirements on equipments.
Within the main ports and terminals we ensure a service complying with the evolving needs of transport operators.
We integrate to our agencies the last generation of handling equipment, computer hardware and software allowing us the highest quality standard.

The container network administrative services :

• Establishment of EIR / in & out interchanges.
• Establishments of estimates as per IICL, CIRC or customer standards.
• Daily stock summaries per number, iso type, status, date…

The inputs in real time allow traceability and the immediate updates of customers’ applications by transferring datas from our central computerized system. Our integrated EDP team ensures the required modifications and upgradings on our own application.

We use the principal EDI transmission formats: EDIFACT (Codeco, Westim, Destim, Coparn, Invoic...) - IAS - for the in & out movement estimates, invoices reporting.

The technical services we provide on all type of containers within the network are :

• Storage per iso type, per grade of quality, per status.
• Cleanings, maintenance and repairs, modifications.
• Emergency interventions on all kind of units.
• Production of spare parts.
• Specific preparations, providing & fitting liners, flexi-tanks and other equipment prior export.

Services on reefer containers at MARSEILLE, FOS, DUNKERQUE and LE HAVRE :

• 24 hours / 7 days per week mobile reefer service, to intervene on Terminals and on board vessels during calls.
• Authorized service & warranty centres.
• Foam injections.
• Repair and welding on all types of steel, aluminium.
• Modifications of equipments as per manufacturer, customer requirements.
• Following & monitoring of loaded reefer containers on terminals.

TCSI Marseilles, Fos, Le Havreand Dunkerque are authorized service centres for principal reefer unit manufacturers.

These depots ensure the maintenance, the repairs and the warranty treatment of Carrier Transicold, Thermo-King, Daikin and Mitsubishi brands.

Also, all our reefer mechanics, dedicated tools and specialized equipments comply with the latest regulation in force, compulsory for performing any kind of repairs on refrigerant circuits.

We therefore can ensure reefers repairs and modifications at recognized standards.
